The successful Project Director will have: *Strong technical knowledge of construction, design, BIM, and health & safety regulations, with experience on complex, multi-disciplinary projects. *Proven leadership and commercial skills, including team management, business development, and key account handling. *Relevant professional qualifications and experience in contract management, HSE, and project planning. *Full UK driving license
