Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
Working alongside the Marketing Business Partner for your region(s), you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing the B2B marketing strategy. Your focus will be on driving membership growth and retention, unlocking commercial revenue opportunities, and supporting the delivery of an enhanced sponsorship proposition.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide strong B2B marketing support across our membership acquisition efforts and commercial product portfolio
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a consistent and engaging customer journey at every touchpoint
- Lead the development and delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns, tailored to reflect regional market dynamics and drive results
About You
We’re looking for a well-rounded marketing professional with a proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing strategies and managing campaign budgets. You should have strong experience in lead generation, as well as planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
An understanding of regional marketing nuances is essential. Experience working across the UK, MEA, Europe — and ideally inside China — will be a distinct advantage. Experience in membership marketing or member engagement campaigns is desirable, along with a good grasp of marketing technology (MarTech) and CRM systems.
You’ll bring strong analytical skills and a fact-based approach to decision-making, alongside commercial awareness and a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must, as is the ability to build productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Line management experience is desirable, and knowledge of how Account-Based Marketing (ABM) can be applied in a professional membership context like RICS would be highly beneficial.
