What You’ll Be Doing

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of your desk, supported by a knowledgeable and collaborative team. Your role will include:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to servicing
• Developing strong, trust-based relationships with clients and candidates
• Growing your desk through proactive business development and outbound sales
• Matching top-tier talent to urgent and ongoing healthcare roles
• Ensuring compliance with all industry regulations and company procedures
• Upselling services and identifying new business opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment — ideally in the healthcare/nursing sector
• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about delivering results
• Able to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team
• Familiarity with recruitment CRMs, databases, and sourcing platforms
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves a challenge
