Warehouse Supervisor - #1710559

Modern Edge Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for one of our established clients based in the Aston area of Birmingham.

Duties:- Supervise a small team of warehouse staff and daily activities- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment- Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and distribution operations- Train and evaluate warehouse workers- Implement best practices for warehouse operations- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Liaising with customers over the phone and via email

Requirements:- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role- Strong knowledge of shipping/receiving processes and materials handling- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed- Familiarity with business processes in a warehouse setting- Knowledge of health & safety guidelines- Good PC literacy including emails, Microsoft packages and internal systems- Previous experience dealing with goods in/out
