Dynamite Recruitment are supporting in the recruit of a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Paraplanner to join a growing team in the outskirts of Poole. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in the financial planning or wealth management industry who is looking to take the next step in their career.
As a Trainee Paraplanner, you will work closely with experienced Financial Planners and Paraplanners to support the preparation of client reports, conduct research, and ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality financial planning services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of suitability reports and recommendations
- Conduct product and investment research
- Assist with client reviews and ongoing servicing
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company procedures
- Liaise with providers and clients to gather necessary information
- Progress towards achieving Paraplanner qualifications (if not already underway)
- Previous experience in the financial services industry is essential
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A keen interest in developing a career in paraplanning
- Progress towards or a willingness to work towards relevant financial planning qualifications (e.g. Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent)
