PAS2030 Inspector - #1707343

We are looking for PAS2030 Inspector to join very successful organisation who provides certification, inspection and training services nationwide and globally

Duties:

Carry out quality inspection to comply with the required surveillance rates in line with performance objectives and department KPIs

Good Health and Safety practice and awareness of relevant regulation, providing briefing notes as appropriate

Carry out customer guarantee complaint investigations in timely manner and prepare detailed reports of findings, conclusion and resolution

Complete required surveillance of installers in accordance with companies process

Complete client review documents maintaining a record

Ensure all reports are submitted in a timely and effective manner in line with SLA

Comply with all procedures and processes and identify when changes and updates are required

Working as a team to communicate and support the company vision whilst working closely with managers and colleagues

Act as a mentor and trainer to colleagues when required and make suggestions to develop products and customer service

Skills and Experience:

In depth knowledge of the energy efficiency industry, technical requirements and standards, including knowledge of insulation systems and techniques

Familiarity with Health & Safety issues and the PAS and MCS standards

NVQ in energy efficient measure is essential

Ideally MCS qualified, however Training may be available for the right candidate

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work unsupervised

Demonstrate good IT skills and ability to analyse data and prepare reports

Good interpersonal skills, documentation and administrative skills and attention to detail

To undergo training and development in line with the needs of the business

Clean driving license
