As a pivotal team member, you will design and implement a scalable recruitment strategy, leveraging AI and automation while enhancing our Employer Value Proposition (EVP). Your leadership will ensure we attract, select, and retain exceptional talent.

- Developing and implementing a scalable, data-informed recruitment strategy across all business units.
- Designing and embedding a compelling Employer Value Proposition (EVP) that reflects our culture and values.
- Leading the creation of inclusive, fair, and effective assessment frameworks for all roles.
- Driving digital innovation, leveraging AI and automation to optimise the hiring process.
- Partnering with senior leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Coaching, training, and supporting hiring managers to enhance their recruitment capability.
- Managing and mentoring a team of recruitment professionals.
- Ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and internal policies.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to leadership.
- Has proven experience leading recruitment at a senior level across multi-site and head office environments.
- Is passionate about innovation, particularly in AI and automation for recruitment.
- Excels in building trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Has strong knowledge of UK employment law related to recruitment.
- Is data-driven and comfortable using technology to drive recruitment success.
- Experience in employer branding, EVP development, and assessment design.
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and HRIS platforms.
- Qualified in psychometric ability testing and profiling.
- A strategic leadership role with a significant impact on the organisation.
