Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Internal Recruiter on a full-time temporary to permanent basis.

This role is hybrid working offering 3 days from home and 2 days in the office. The office space is an open-plan and modern with a welcoming feel.


Personality


The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing stakeholders along with high volume internal recruitment experience being essential. If you are a driven individual with the ability to work in a fast paced environment then this could be the role for you!


Reward



  • Temp to perm

  • Hybrid working Tuesday and Thursday in the office Monday, Wednesday and Friday WFH – need some degree of flexibility

  • Hours of work are Monday – Friday – 37.5 hours per week either 8.30am-4.30pm or 9am -5pm

  • Accrued holiday 20 days plus bank holidays

  • Highly likely to become permanent


Job Role:



  • Managing a high volume of vacancies across the UK

  • Dealing with and managing stakeholders

  • Advertising and dealing with candidate response

  • Engaging with candidates and managing candidate pipelines

  • Creatively looking at new attraction methods

  • Shortlisting and preparing candidates for interview

  • Providing interview feedback

  • Supporting managers with interviews

  • Dealing with and providing interview feedback


Skills and experience:



  • Previous experience in as an internal recruiter is essential

  • The ability to work in a fast paced reactive environment

  • Stakeholder manging experience with excellent communication skills

  • An understanding of recruitment processes

  • Ability to grasp system quickly, IT savvy

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Able to work to deadlines and manage own workload

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
