HVAC AC Engineer - Role Overview:

We are seeking an Commercial Engineer to join our dynamic team, looking after commercial sites such as:

• Colleges

• Schools

• Office blocks

• Walk-in NHS centres

• Warehousing

• (No Retail)

You would need to have building services background, covering the Midlands and East Midlands. The role offers ample opportunity for planned and reactive overtime to boost your earnings

HVAC AC Engineer​​​​​​​ - Key Details:

• 40-hour work week (30 minutes lunch break, equating to an 8.5 hours per day)

• Overtime paid at 1.5x normal rate for any hours exceeding 8.5 per day

• No on-call rota

• 5 years plus experience

• A/c qualification plus Fgas

• Ability to service all Commercial types of Building services systems

• Flexibility to cover sites across the Midlands and East Midlands
