About the role:

We have a great opportunity for a Client Money Compliance Advisor to join our Finance department w orking within the Client Money Compliance team.

The team for this role is responsible for managing the firm's client money balances. In this position, you will conduct client matter reviews to ensure all aspects of client money transactions comply with SRA Accounts Rules and that firm policies and procedures are consistently followed. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and preventing breaches, potential breaches, and risks to the firm.

About you:

We are looking for someone with legal industry experience and a solid understanding of SRA Accounts Rules, VAT, and Legal Cashiering. To succeed in this role, you should be able to confidently influence, guide, and advise stakeholders towards positive outcomes, communicating clearly and constructively while maintaining strong working relationships and fostering a positive team spirit.

You'll bring excellent teamwork skills to this role, effectively managing and prioritising your own workload. Additionally, you should demonstrate an understanding of the various responsibilities within this role and the importance of approaching each situation or task with an adaptable attitude.
