We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to work as a member of the on site Guest Safety team ensuring that Resorts World Birmingham is safe & secure at all times.

As a Guest Safety Host / Security Officer, you will ensure exemplary standards of Guest Safety and Guest Service are provided to the guests at all times.

Qualifications & Experience:

Working in a similar role / environment
SIA accredited in line with the role
Demonstrate excellent people skills / guest service
Manage and deal with conflict in order to diffuse situations
Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately at all levels and within a diverse range of guests
IT literate
First Aid trained
Own transport
