Location: Site Office – Malanday Valenzuela, Philippines

Work Sites: Solis - Malolos, Bulacan

1. Responsible for engineering activities from project/tender start till the As-Built stage with strict adherence to Project Specifications & Linxon standards including QA/QC, HSSE & Integrity.


2. Coordinate within Linxon engineering team (local & remote/global), internal & external partners, sub-suppliers, secondary engineers & civil engineers.


3. Provide information for civil designs and coordination of interfaces between construction planning, steel structure engineering, protection and control system, auxiliary power system and all equipment suppliers for the project.


4. Sound application knowledge of GIS, transformers, Switchgears, Reactors up to 69kV.


5. Sound knowledge of engineering of transmission and distribution practices (up to 69V).


6. Responsible for engineering of assigned equipment packages like Switchgear, Transformer, Reactors, Hardware & fittings, CT/VT/SA, HV/MV/LV cables etc.


7. Participate in technical discussions with customers and suppliers, handle site queries and take necessary actions up to as-built documentation.


8. Provide engineering inputs for schedule, risk & change management activities.


9. Support PM and Site Leads for complete engineering related to assigned projects.


10. Identify potential risks during construction and installation phases and implement mitigation strategies.


11. Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry codes throughout the project.


12. Conduct site visits and inspections at various project stages to ensure quality and technical compliance.


13. Contribute to project schedules and work to achieve key project milestones.


14. Coordinate with the quality assurance team to ensure adherence to all quality standards.


15. Take ownership of all project technical queries (TQs), ensuring they are properly documented and resolved using the best technical solutions.


16. Oversee detailed design, testing, or commissioning activities as necessary to meet project demands.


17. Lead the development and review of method statements, ensuring safe and appropriate work practices are implemented.


18. Resolve complex technical issues and provide on-site technical support during the construction phase.

1. Minimum 10-15 years of Construction Site Management experience in Rail System and Infrastructure or relevant projects.


2. Previous experience of working on relevant infrastructure projects in the Middle East or Asia Pacific regions is a plus.


3. Must be a graduate of electrical engineering or equivalent. Holder of a valid PRC license is preferred.


4. 12+ years’ experience in utilities, rail system and infrastructure, electrical transmission, high voltage substation Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) projects.


5. Earlier experience of working on Rail, Utility or Power Infrastructure project in the MEA region is a plus.


6. Familiarity with local, regional, and national construction regulations.


7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with external and internal parties at all levels in a multi-cultural environment.


8. Able to work with minimal supervision and tight deadlines, handle and find fulfillment in a dynamic and heavy construction work environment.
