Salary: £30,000 + Uncapped OTE £50,000 - £60,000 + Company Car or Car Allowance

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm



Are you an experienced Account Manager who thrives on building lasting client relationships while driving growth? Our client – a well-established software provider with over 30 years in the industry – is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join their team



In this role, you’ll manage and nurture existing customer accounts while identifying new opportunities for growth within your portfolio. If you’re passionate about client care and have a proactive approach to sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:



Manage a portfolio of existing clients, responding to all enquiries and maintaining regular communication



Drive account growth by identifying new contacts and developing relationships within current accounts



Deliver engaging client presentations and software demonstrations



Represent the company professionally, aligning with brand values and messaging



Maintain and deliver the customer care plan, including regular follow-up calls and meetings



Collaborate with fellow Account Managers to ensure exceptional customer service



Resolve client issues effectively and professionally



Oversee project plans and implementation processes for new and existing clients



Manage the full sales process, including raising purchase orders and tracking activity



Attend face-to-face client meetings, supported by clear communication and documentation



What We’re Looking For:



Minimum 2 years' experience in Account Management (B2B preferred)



Strong relationship-building and communication skills



Ability to understand and analyse client needs



Confident presenter, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels



Proactive and personable, with a customer-first mindset



Full, clean UK driving licence
