Graduate Engineer - The Role:
Provide technical support to the Design Engineers in person, through calls or emails
Complete motor selection calculations
Provide Applications support to UK customer base
Provide software support with drives integration to third party PLC, HMIs etc
Fault-finding in breakdown situations
Understand multi-market applications for sale
Produce quotations & estimated lead times
Keep a record of & update key customer contacts
Work on an individual project to improve company processes
Production of sales strategies of key products and companies
Any other tasks that are required by the company
Graduate Engineer - The Person:
Degree educated in mechanical engineering / mechatronics /electrical engineering, physics or IT is preferable
Demonstrate or the desire to develop a solid understanding of electric motors and drives / experience within the drives & controls industry
Must have excellent communication skills at all levels
Self-motivated individual with a desire to learn and ability to problem solve effectively
Extensive training will be provided on an ongoing basis for all aspects of the job. This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate or Junior Engineer to develop with a business and achieve realistic progression

We are seeking a recent Graduate in Engineering or related technical subject based around Birmingham or willing to relocate, with flexibility to travel throughout the UK
