Join our esteemed finance team as a Finance Analyst at RICS, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our financial management and strategic decision-making. You will ensure financial stability and success through detailed analysis, reporting, and insightful business partnering across the organisation

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting, managing monthly executive packs and variance analyses to promote informed decision-making and accountability

• Engage collaboratively in the budgeting and forecasting processes, working with department heads to ensure accurate and fair financial planning

• Generate comprehensive financial reports, facilitating strategic insights that support the diverse needs and goals of each directorate

• Create and sustain financial models to support a range of decision-making scenarios, ensuring inclusivity in considering various stakeholder impacts

• Uphold rigorous compliance with financial regulations, supporting an ethical and transparent financial environment.
