An exciting opportunity to work in a small team that offers mental health support to NHS and social care colleagues across the Integrated Care System. The BSol Staff Mental Health Hub has developed a brief psychological intervention service for staff experiencing common mental health issues such as stress, anxiety, or low mood. The role involves providing telephone, video, and face-to-face interventions across various Trust and ICS settings.

Person Specification
Experience
- Postgraduate qualification in psychological therapy, accredited by a professional organisation
- Experience delivering brief psychological interventions to adults
- Experience working in staff support roles within mental health
- Experience supervising others
