An exciting opportunity to work in a small team that offers mental health support to NHS and social care colleagues across the Integrated Care System. The BSol Staff Mental Health Hub has developed a brief psychological intervention service for staff experiencing common mental health issues such as stress, anxiety, or low mood. The role involves providing telephone, video, and face-to-face interventions across various Trust and ICS settings.

Person Specification

Experience


  • Postgraduate qualification in psychological therapy, accredited by a professional organisation

  • Experience delivering brief psychological interventions to adults

  • Experience working in staff support roles within mental health

  • Experience supervising others


Disclosure and Barring Service Check

This position is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975. An application for a Disclosure to the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) will be required to check for any criminal convictions.

Salary: £46,148 to £52,809 per annum, pro rata
