Due to unprecedented growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Advisor to join our dynamic team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in recruiting within the transmission and distribution (T&D) or utilities sector. Reporting to the Global Recruitment Manager, this individual will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to Linxon, focusing on sourcing candidates for technical and strategic positions that align with our project needs and organizational values.


Key Responsibilities:




  1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, industry networks, and recruitment events to identify and attract qualified candidates.


  2. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to hiring, ensuring an efficient and high-quality process.


  3. Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs, provide consultative advice, and ensure alignment with Linxon's hiring goals.


  4. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and an efficient process.


Required Qualifications:




  • Experience: 2-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the T&D, utilities, or related industries.


  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of roles within the transmission and distribution field, with the ability to assess technical expertise and project experience.


  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.


  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
