Overview


We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrator to support our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring a seamless and efficient loan processing experience for our clients. From data entry to quality checks, you’ll be the backbone of our operations—helping to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.


You'll be part of a proactive and supportive team that takes pride in delivering outstanding service, ensuring that all necessary documentation and financial data are processed correctly and on time.


Key Responsibilities


Loan Processing & Administration



  • Prepare, issue, and verify drawdown instructions for loans.

  • Create lender allocation tables for each loan.

  • Generate repayment schedules, detailing monthly capital and interest breakdowns.

  • Monitor loan repayments, working closely with the monitoring team to investigate and resolve any outstanding payments.

  • Track loans with agreed variances from standard repayment schedules.

  • Calculate and issue early redemption figures as needed.

  • Assist the Loan Operations team in resolving any lender account-related issues.

  • Distribute monthly loan repayments to lender accounts.

  • Produce key Management Information (MI) reports.


General Administration & Compliance



  • Identify, report, and investigate potential errors or breaches.

  • Work with IT teams and third parties to test and improve system efficiencies.

  • Collate loan documentation post-credit approval and before drawdown.

  • Support the production and distribution of various MI reports.

  • Handle administrative email enquiries and direct them accordingly.

  • Manage documentation throughout the loan lifecycle.

  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the team and business operations.
