Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday | 7.30am to 4pm (with a 3.30pm finish on a Friday)

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, and support strategic business transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage CI projects from concept through to execution, delivering measurable results.
- Apply Lean tools and methodologies to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate across departments to embed continuous improvement practices into daily operations.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to drive team engagement and innovation.
- Provide coaching and training to teams on Lean Six Sigma principles and best practices.
- Develop and maintain clear process documentation including workflows, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions that support operational excellence.
- Support the introduction of new products and processes, ensuring smooth integration and adherence to quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a continuous improvement, CI, or process engineering role.
- A sound understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to change, with the motivation to continuously develop and learn.
