Hours: Monday to Friday | 7.30am to 4pm (with a 3.30pm finish on a Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage CI projects from concept through to execution, delivering measurable results.


• Apply Lean tools and methodologies to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.


• Collaborate across departments to embed continuous improvement practices into daily operations.


• Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to drive team engagement and innovation.


• Provide coaching and training to teams on Lean Six Sigma principles and best practices.


• Develop and maintain clear process documentation including workflows, SOPs, and work instructions.


• Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions that support operational excellence.


• Support the introduction of new products and processes, ensuring smooth integration and adherence to quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a continuous improvement, CI, or process engineering role.


• A sound understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.


• Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.


• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.


• A proactive and adaptable approach to change, with the motivation to continuously develop and learn.
