Senior Administrative Assistant

About the role


We are seeking five detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client’s team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and clear a backlog of circuits from their system, ensuring that optional costs added by their partners are removed. This project is crucial for saving the business a significant amount of money, which can be reinvested into technology for their customers or other projects.

Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)


The must haves:



  • Proven experience in an administrative role.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency in using office software and systems.

  • High level of numeracy and ability to analyse and interpret data.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.


Key responsibilities



  • Review and clear our client’s partners’ circuits from the spreadsheet.

  • Sense check circuit information against records in the portal.

  • Update and uncheck boxes to remove additional charges.

  • Maintain accurate records of cleared circuits.

  • Flag any discrepancies for further investigation.

  • Work towards daily targets (to be set).

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • A day rate, in-scope IR35, £17.50 per hour via Hays PAYE

  • This role provides a remote working access from the comforts of your own home and only going to our state-of-the-art office in Birmingham, once per month.
