Overview

NaphCare is hiring an experienced EHR Trainer / Product Manager to join our team on-site at theCorporate Headquarterslocated inBirmingham, AL 35216.


The EHR Product Manager will be a member of the NaphCare Software Implementation Team whose objective is to successfully introduce, implement, train, and maintain the clinical and operational functionality of uniquely tailored version of the TechCare EHR Solution.


The successful candidate will act as a primary onboarding, continuing education, and training resource for customers of NaphCare’s EHR and internal Operations teams with a focus on driving the progression and long-term successful use of the TechCare EHR System. This role will participate in the management training team, oversee process management, and lead demonstration activities for EHR training development.


Typically, travel 5-10 business days per month will be part of this position.


The preferred candidate will have a proven history of hands-on EHR Training Experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating scalable written and video education content.


Responsibilities

  • Software Training Team management, organization, and oversight

  • Formalize and manage training and documentation processes for EHR transitions

  • Provide virtual and live onboarding sessions ranging from 1-hour sessions to multiple, days long events

  • EHR usage escalation point for both client partners and co-workers

  • Support role for TechCare EHR Sales and Marketing activities as needed

  • Attendance at industry events and involvement in TechCare User Groups


Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience of EHR Training activities

  • Proficiency using EHR software systems; super-user experience is strongly preferred

  • Proficiency in general information technology, software, and technical concepts strongly preferred

  • Ability to travel to NaphCare and client facilities across the country to complete job responsivities is required

  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service and communication skills, with both internal and external clients and vendor partners

  • Experience working in a team-based, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment

  • High level of comfort with learning, building, and applying skills in both public forums and technical areas

  • Adeptness at translating technical language and concepts to end-users, as well as clinical workflows back to technical terms

  • Ability to manage individual tasks and move projects or features towards known goals with minimal supervision
