Were looking for a driven and technically-minded Technical Sales Engineer to take ownership of the Midlands territory (All other territories considered too) and help grow the market presence across the UK. Youll be working with the best metalworking fluids in the industry, backed by a long-standing supplier relationship and a loyal existing customer base (Large number of repeat customers).
Success in this role means growing the revenue through a mix of new client acquisition and account development, all while delivering excellent technical support and building long-term relationships in the manufacturing sector. Youll be working directly with the business owner and will play a key part in shaping the future of the companys growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities Include -
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing, machining, and industrial sectors
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through consultative, value-led selling
- Provide technical advice and fluid recommendations based on client processes and needs
- Plan and carry out client visits, trials, and follow-ups across your territory
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, targets, and reporting (Within our CRM)
- Liaise with suppliers to stay up to date on product offerings and innovations
- Attend trade shows, demos, and events as required to support sales activity
- Experience in a technical sales role OR a background in machining/CNC/tooling with a desire to move into sales
- Familiarity with the metalworking or industrial fluids industry is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills able to engage confidently with operators and decision-makers alike
- Organised, proactive, and self-motivated able to manage your own time and territory
- A full UK driving licence
- Based in or able to cover the Midlands area (some travel across UK)
