Construction Director – Commercial Refurbishment
Based in Birmingham (Regional Role)
£150k–£175k + Executive Package
Privately Owned Main Contractor (UK & Ireland)
A well-established main contractor is expanding in the Midlands. We’re looking for a Construction Director to lead delivery across a number of commercial refurbishment projects.
You’ll oversee 3–4 live schemes, drive quality and performance on site, and bring a culture of ownership, pace, and delivery excellence to every project.
This is a high-impact leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a hands-on environment.
What’s on offer:
- £150,000 – £175,000 base
- Full executive package (car allowance, pension, bonus, etc.)

What you’ll need:
- Senior-level experience leading commercial refurb projects
- Track record of managing multiple live jobs
- Hands-on, solution-focused leadership style
- Strong people and client-facing skills
- UK driving licence
