Citrus Elite Recruitment are on the look out for an Advisor with a minimum of 18 months experience for the Whole Of Market/Directly Authorised client due to rapid growth within the business.

If Employed - Salary £28k PLUS very attractive Commission Structure (to be discussed at Interview stage)

If Self Employed – Very attractive Commission Structure (To be discussed at Interview stage)

Hybrid position – 2 days per week in the office and the rest working from home

Job description

• The position is employed or self employed with an excellent support package.• The position is for an experienced, self-motivated Mortgage and Protection Advisor.• The candidate will need CeMap or an equivalent qualification, to be competent advisor status with a minimum 18 months experience, ideally having an excellent understanding of the residential, commercial and buy-to-let mortgage markets.• The candidate must be ethical, trustworthy, very conscientious and maintain close client relationships.• The candidate will need the ability to problem solve for clients rather than be an order taker.• The candidate must be organised and create a review system for future ongoing business.• The candidate will need the ability to cross-sell mortgage protection products and general insurance products.• The candidate will need competent IT skills.• The candidate will need to be able to maintain Continuous Professional Development.• The candidate will need to be flexible concerning working hours and have the ability to cater to clients at very short notice.
