Real Estate Finance Solicitor - Up to £65,000 salary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading national law firm with an extensive portfolio of clients, advising both borrowers and lenders on a large variety of real estate assets.

As a result of the significant growth of the firm’s Real Estate offering, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced NQ/Associate to work alongside existing fee earners nationally, driving a resilient and varied legal practice.

The successful applicant will be responsible for handling a variety of high-profile projects, including portfolio investment transactions and residential developments for regional housebuilders.

The Candidate

• Real Estate Finance Solicitor with 0-3 years post-qualification experience
• Experience dealing with bridging finance & development finance
• Acting for both Borrowers & Lenders, companies and individuals
• Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
