THE COMPANY
This health and beauty retailer is rapidly growing and is expanding in the Customer Digital Analytics team!
THE ROLE
You’ll analyse the onsite customer journey, provide key insights to the wider business, and identify new growth opportunities. Your role will involve tracking performance, segmenting customer audiences, and reporting on product categories, sales, and transactions. As the go-to GA4 specialist, you’ll ensure accurate data tracking and deliver meaningful insights to drive business decisions.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Google Analytics 4 – you must be confident in the tool as you’ll be acting as an SME on the tool for the entire business
- Strong use of SQL with BigQuery
- Data visualisation – can be any tool e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker etc
- Strong stakeholder engagement, confident, has provided insights and recommendations
- Curious and commercial mindset
