Business Development – Strategic Origination Lead

(Consultant / Entrepreneurial Advisor – UK & Europe)

Role Overview:

Infinitum Capital is seeking a dynamic and well-connected professional to lead business development and deal origination across priority sectors including real estate, infrastructure, aviation, shipping, information technology, sports media & entertainment, healthcare, and hospitality & leisure.

This role is designed for a senior advisor or entrepreneurial relationship-builder who can introduce high-quality capital raising opportunities and strategic partnerships. Working closely with Infinitum’s investment and advisory teams, the successful candidate will support both debt and equity origination mandates across complex transactions and bespoke capital structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and introduce debt and equity financing opportunities across one or more of Infinitum’s core sectors


• Leverage networks across sponsors, developers, operators, founders, and institutional capital partners


• Engage with clients, advisors, and counterparties to identify capital needs across real estate, infrastructure, aviation, shipping, IT, healthcare, media, and hospitality


• Present viable opportunities aligned with Infinitum’s platform and capital markets capabilities


• Act as a trusted relationship manager, helping convert introductions into active mandates


• Coordinate with internal teams on evaluation, structuring, and transaction execution


• Contribute to building a repeatable pipeline of relationships and mandates across target markets

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Deep connectivity with senior stakeholders across at least one of the targeted sectors


• Proven track record of originating or advising on institutional debt or equity deals


• Strong commercial acumen and ability to position opportunities strategically


• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-directed approach and long-term view


• Background in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or strategic advisory preferred
