Material Handler - #1673375

We’re looking for a detail-driven Materials Handler to support end-to-end materials flow across a high-precision aerospace supply chain. From goods-in and inventory control to export compliance and final dispatch, your work will play a critical role in maintaining delivery performance and supporting the reliability of aerospace systems worldwide.

Key responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and dispatch work and sales orders in accordance with internal procedures and customer requirements


• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and generate accurate shipping documentation


• Process shipments via customer portals (e.g. Rolls-Royce Matrix, GE, PWC) and manage ad hoc exports


• Support customs clearance activities and validate commercial invoices


• Perform stock transactions and adjustments using an ERP system (e.g. Baan), maintaining data accuracy


• Conduct daily cycle counts and manage shelf-life inventory


• Archive shipping records and ensure full traceability of materials and components


• Liaise with cross-functional teams to support on-time delivery and departmental KPIs

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a regulated aerospace stores or logistics environment


• Knowledge of import/export compliance, including customs tariffs and documentation


• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Baan or equivalent (SAP, Oracle, etc.)


• Qualified in Known Consignor Aviation Security Training (or willing to attain)


• Strong IT literacy and proficiency in data entry and document control


• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail


• Demonstrable understanding of traceability requirements in aerospace logistics
