Global corporate with a collaborative and supportive legal team is recruiting a corporate legal counsel.
Responsibilities will include:
Advising on day-to-day corporate legal work
Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
Representing legal on strategic projects
This would suit a corporate associate seeking a first in house move or a lawyer with corporate experience already in-house. The role will be broad and varied encompassing legal work beyond corporate.
