Join the Charge: Spark Your Career in EV Installations

Are you an experienced electrician with a passion for sustainability and smart tech? We're a forward-thinking renewable energy company with over eight years of momentum in the EV charging space, and we're looking for someone like you to join our growing team.

With a reputation built on innovation and quality, we've delivered landmark EV and solar projects across the UK—from clean energy upgrades for NHS buildings to powering schools and transforming city infrastructure with ultra-rapid chargers.

This role will see you installing EV charge points from 3kW to 300kW across a wide range of environments, including commercial sites and public sector locations. Installations cover both single and three-phase systems, so a solid foundation in electrical work is key, along with basic IT competency to handle the digital side of the setup. While much of the work will be local, there may be times when overnight stays are needed depending on project locations.

You'll also get the opportunity to expand your skills beyond EV, learning about battery storage systems and solar photovoltaic technologies. We offer in-depth in-house training alongside external courses to help you grow your knowledge and stay ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving industry.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be qualified to the 18th Edition of BS7671 wiring regulations and hold either a C&G 2391 or 2394/5 certification. Hands-on experience with electrical installations is essential, and if you’ve worked with solar PV or EV systems before, that's a definite plus—but not a deal breaker. A full UK driving license is a must, as is the flexibility to travel across the UK and stay overnight on occasion.

In return, you'll enjoy a competitive salary that reflects your experience, 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing up to 28 days with tenure), and the peace of mind that comes with a company vehicle, fuel card, and all the tools and access equipment you'll need to do your job well.

If you're ready to plug into a future powered by clean energy, we'd love to hear from you.
