REQUIREMENTS

3-6 years PQE in corporate law, ideally from a top-tier city or strong regional firm.

Strong background in M&A and corporate restructuring.

Bonus if you’ve worked on PE, ECM or international transactions.

Commercially savvy, confident communicator and team player.
