Business Development Manager – Exhibitions & Live Events

Are you a natural relationship builder with a solid background in business development for exhibitions or live events? We're on the lookout for someone who’s confident, proactive, and ready to take on new opportunities. The client is a global experiential marketing agency who help brands bring their events to life. Previous projects have been curated within Sports, Festivals and Tech.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for bringing in new business across the UAE (and occasionally beyond), crafting standout proposals, and working closely with internal teams to deliver engaging event experiences. This is a fully remote role that would require occasional office time in the West Midlands.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building and managing relationships with new clients


• Writing strong proposals and pitch documents


• Spotting new opportunities and following up on leads


• Collaborating with internal teams to shape winning solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in business development within the exhibitions or events world


• A confident communicator who enjoys pitching and presenting


• Comfortable with some travel and flexible working hours when needed
