Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to lead our outbound lead generation initiatives within the technology sector. This position is vital for expanding our client base by actively identifying and engaging potential clients through networking events, industry seminars, strategic partnerships, and nurturing strong referral relationships. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of CRM, e-commerce, digital marketing, customer experience, CMS, and cloud solutions, and will excel in building and maintaining relationships to drive business growth. Experience in establishing and expanding technology partnerships will be a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
Outbound Lead Generation: Identify and generate qualified leads through active participation in industry networking meetings, seminars, conferences, and other relevant events.
Relationship Building: Develop and sustain strong relationships with potential clients, industry influencers, and referral sources.
Networking Strategy: Create and implement a strategic networking plan to maximize lead generation opportunities and enhance brand awareness within the target market.
Event Participation: Represent the company professionally at events, deliver impactful presentations, and effectively communicate our value proposition.
Referral Program Development: Design and execute strategies to build and maintain a robust referral network.
Technology Understanding: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our technology offerings, including CRM, e-commerce platforms, digital marketing solutions, customer experience technologies, CMS platforms, and cloud solutions.
Needs Assessment: Understand the business needs and challenges of potential clients and articulate how our solutions can address those needs effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover and contribute to overall business development strategies.
Partnership Development (Advantageous): Identify, establish, and nurture strategic technology partnerships to expand our reach and generate new business opportunities.
Reporting and Tracking: Maintain accurate records of networking activities, lead generation efforts, and progress towards targets using CRM or other designated tools.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within relevant domains.
Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned lead generation targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in outbound lead generation and business development, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of CRM, e-commerce, digital marketing, customer experience, CMS, and cloud solutions.
- Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel within Jaipur and potentially to other locations for events and meetings.
Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage):
- Experience in developing and managing technology partnerships.
- Existing network of contacts within relevant technology domains.
- Familiarity with the local business landscape in the UK.
