Funds Associate – Mid-Level | Prestigious Global Firm – 2+

We’re working with elite UK headquartered international firm which is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its thriving funds practice in London.

While it is best known for its listed funds work, the team has a growing reputation for excellence in private fund formation, and advises top-tier asset managers across private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and energy. The practice combines transactional, regulatory, and tax structuring expertise to deliver seamless, end-to-end support on complex fund launches and investment mandates.

You’ll find yourself at the heart of market-defining matters – from GP-LP structuring and listed fund formation to the roll-out of cutting-edge vehicles such as LTAFs and ELTIFs. Clients span the spectrum, from global fund houses and sovereign wealth funds to institutional investors and boutique asset managers. ESG and impact investing remain key themes in the group’s work.

The role offers exceptional access to partners and clients, with a strong emphasis on autonomy, drafting responsibility, and active deal participation. As a mid-level Associate, you’ll supervise junior team members and contribute meaningfully to business development and firmwide initiatives.

You’ll need solid transactional experience within the funds space (broad asset class exposure is a plus), strong technical and drafting skills, and a collaborative mindset. Top-tier academics and training are assumed.
