Who are we looking for...Please read the below, to be considered you will need the following
You've grown within a start-up or scale-up and can show a solid journey from SDR to high-performing AE
You’ve got 3+ years in sales with at least 1 year closing in one organisation—consistency is key
You’ve sold tech or a solution-based product—subscription-based is a big win
You know your way around a sales framework (MEDDIC, BANT, MEDPIC etc )
You're naturally curious—both personally and professionally. Always levelling up
You’ve played a role in GTM strategies and understand what it means to build from the ground up
AOV in this role will sit around $10k–$20k
Yearly targets will be $420k
If you’ve crushed similar numbers before, that’s a huge plus!
