Salary Range: £21,000 - £38,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of Indian dishes including Tandoor, South Indian, Indochinese, and Chaat
  


• Design creative and seasonal menus


• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety


• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation in Hotel Management
  


• Post-graduation in Culinary Arts
  


• Additional certifications such as Diploma in Culinary Arts, Apprenticeships, or relevant on-the-job training
