Job Title: Dispute Resolution & Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Salary: £50,000 – £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: North West London

WFH: Considered after successful integration into the team

Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven solicitor to join our growing team in North West London, specialising in dispute resolution and commercial litigation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of a broad caseload and help shape the future of a dynamic department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse range of disputes including:


• Property litigation


• Civil fraud


• Debt recovery


• General commercial disputes


• Wills and probate disputes


• Advise on and manage company and commercial matters, including:


• Shareholder and partnership disputes


• Drafting shareholder agreements and other key commercial documents


• Actively contribute to the growth and development of the department


• Participate in business development activities, including:


• Writing blogs and articles


• Managing or contributing to social media content


• Attending networking events and client meetings

About You:

• 4 years Qualified solicitor in England & Wales


• Proven experience across a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters


• Solid understanding of company law and commercial drafting


• Commercially minded with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach


• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills


• Willing and able to support business development efforts
