Job Title: Sales Account Associate
Reports to: Head Of Department
Contract: Full Time/ Permanent
Location: Global - Full remote
Salary package: 30,000 GBP + 30% OTE (Subject to Cost of Living Adjustment)
Role Summary:
Sell Exhibitors and Sponsors into our DELIVER events, ensuring maximum sales and sponsor satisfaction and ROI by acting as a business partner for your assigned accounts and ensuring a dedicated matchmaking process for your 1-2-1 meetings agenda.
Meet the sales targets by booking in ‘new’, ‘lapsed’ and ‘retention’ customers to the DELIVER portfolio of events.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting and CRM management enabling efficient business forecasts and reportings.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and wherever possible exceed targeted sales goals (70% New Business, 30% Account Management)
- Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with existing and potential hosts and sponsors
- Proactively self-source and participate in the conversion of an active pipeline
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM and daily sales reporting
- Support pull-through of plans with other sales/marketing resources, as required
- Ensure all activities are compliant with company promotional policies and ethical standards
Requirement and Skills:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B Sales Experience, ideally in Exhibitions
- Experience in using CRM systems
- Comfortable with direct client outreach: calls/online social media etc.
- A natural sales hunter with genuine client care
- Emotionally ready and would love to collaborate within a remote global and diverse organisation
- Dynamic and results’ driven
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads with competing priorities and deadlines
- Quick and adaptable worker in a fast-changing environment
- Positive and energetic team player
- Computer proficiency including Google Workspace tools as well as AI tools ideally
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English, fluency in other languages is an advantage !
- High speed cable internet access in a quiet workspace
- Open and eligible to frequent global travel
