Key Responsibilities
Brand & Strategic Leadership
- Define and lead the brand vision across sport and lifestyle categories, ensuring alignment with global direction and local market needs.
- Shape and deliver the strategic framework for annual and seasonal marketing plans, rooted in consumer insight and business growth.
- Champion brand relevance through creative storytelling, cultural positioning, and consumer engagement.
- Own and execute 360 seasonal campaigns in partnership with global and regional teamsacross content creation, media, social, retail, experiential, and digital platforms
- Partner with strategic accounts (e.g. Zalando, Snipes, Sports Direct, Intersport) to create tailored, full-funnel account marketing plans, either bespoke or inline with seasonal priorities.
- Localize campaigns for key markets such as Germany and France, ensuring language, culture, and consumer behaviours are reflected.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution, from brief through production, activation, and performance review
- Deliver best-in-class retail integration, community activations, and branded experiences across both DTC and wholesale.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, merchandising, and digital teams to drive alignment and consistency.
- Lead and mentor a team of direct reports and manage a wider cross-functional matrix.
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration, creativity, and continuous development.
- Provide regular coaching and feedback, supporting both team performance and individual career growth.
- Manage the full European marketing budget, allocating resources to maximize campaign effectiveness and brand impact.
- Ensure financial clarity and accountability, with regular performance reviews and return-on-investment analysis.
- Support monthly and quarterly planning cadences, contributing insights to guide strategy and adapt in real time.
Professional Experience
- Good experience in brand and marketing roles within sportswear, fashion, streetwear, sneakers or casual mens and/or womenswear.
- Proven track record of building brand equity and driving commercial results through integrated marketing and account-specific activation.
- Experience working in a mid-to-large global organization with matrixed teams and regional alignment.
- Strong leadership background, including team management and cross-functional coordination.
- Deep understanding of the UK and European consumer and market landscape, especially Germany and France.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindsetable to switch between big picture planning and in-season execution.
- Strong storytelling and content creation sensibility, with knowledge of media, social, retail, and digital touchpoints.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, across internal teams and external partners.
- Comfortable navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments and balancing creative vision with commercial targets.
- Passionate about sport, culture, and community with an active lifestyle and genuine brand affinity.
