Childrens Support Worker - Agency Role Flexible Hours | GBP14-GBP22 per hour | West & East Midlands Prospero is a social care recruitment company with over 20 years of experience, dedicated to helping people change their lives for the better. We are looking for compassionate and experienced childrens support workers to work flexibly across the West and East Midlands in various settings, including: Mother & baby placements - Providing supervision and guidance to ensure a safe and supportive environment. Childrens residential homes - Supporting young people with challenging behaviour, helping them develop life skills and emotional resilience. Family homes & community settings - Engaging children in positive activities, promoting well-being, and ensuring their safety. Supervised contact sessions - Overseeing and supporting contact between children and their parents or siblings, ensuring a safe and positive experience. Our young people may have a range of needs, including ADHD, autism, mental health conditions, learning disabilities, self-harm, risk of CSE (Child Sexual Exploitation), absconding, and trauma-related behaviours. Your role will be to offer stability, encouragement, and compassionate care.
