Corporate Development Executive - Birmingham
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £80,000 DOE + £5k Car Allowance + Pension + Health Cash Plan + Bonus (10% of all commission income you generate)
About the client
My client is a leading independent insurance broker with a strong reputation for providing tailored insurance solutions across various sectors. Established with a commitment to exceptional customer service, they specialise in commercial and personal insurance, including real estate, construction, and general corporate coverage.
They are now seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Broker to lead the expansion and growth of the Corporate Division in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving company that has built its reputation on real estate and construction, with a focus on general insurance, including SME, Household, and Motor coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow a book of corporate insurance business
- Help build and lead a team of 6-7 individuals in the corporate division once established.
- Work closely with the Head of Birmingham Real Estate to foster collaboration and achieve shared goals.
- Manage client relationships effectively and provide exceptional service.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in building a book of business within the insurance sector.
- Ability to manage a team or demonstrate potential for management.
- Strong client-facing skills and a passion for delivering results.
- Comfortable working with Acturis and familiar with a centralised account management system.
- Smart dress and professional demeanour are essential.
