Senior Quantity Surveyor - #1662010

We’re working with a well-established consultancy that’s looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their Birmingham team. This is a great opportunity for an MRICS (or nearly chartered) professional who’s confident in front of clients and ready to take the lead on a range of interesting projects. The work spans residential, commercial, education, and industrial schemes, typically high-quality developments with long-term clients. You’ll play a key role in delivering projects from early-stage cost planning through to completion, while supporting junior colleagues and helping to maintain strong client relationships. The team is collaborative and forward-thinking, with plenty of scope to progress and shape your career. Package includes:

• Salary up to £70,000 (depending on experience)

What we’re looking for:

• MRICS or close to achieving
• Relevant Quantity Surveying or Construction degree.
• Confident communicator, comfortable in a client-facing role
• Able to lead projects and support junior staff
• Professional, reliable and motivated to deliver high standards of work
