- Extensive experience as a Programme Director delivering complex global programmes
- Engage and communicate effectively with the Executive Committee, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Manage large programme budgets ranging from £50M to £100M
- Drive programme delivery at pace, managing risk and ensuring stakeholder engagement
- Strong track record of working closely with executive leadership and board-level stakeholders
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to lead in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Lead end-to-end delivery of global programmes across Technology and Risk domains
