Job Description

1. Identify and diagnose damp and mould issues in properties.


2. Implement effective solutions to eliminate damp and mould.


3. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard.


4. Comply with health and safety regulations.


5. Report on the condition of properties.


6. Work closely with the Construction Department.


7. Deliver excellent customer service to residents.


8. Contribute to the overall success of the Public Sector organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Damp & Mould Repairs Specialist should have:

1. A background in construction, with a focus on damp and mould remediation.


2. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.


3. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
