About This Role
A key member of the Trust’s National Leadership Group, the National Director of People will play a central role in shaping and delivering our culture and strategic vision across the Trust.
You will lead a team of people professionals, offering expert advice, guidance and challenge as required to ensure that every school within the Trust is a great place for pupils to learn, and where staff enjoy fulfilling careers.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced people leader, ideally with experience in the education sector. You’ll bring the drive, judgement and resilience needed to successfully lead through this period of change.
With a proven track record in leading trade union negotiations, you will build and sustain positive, collaborative relationships with recognised unions and consultative bodies at a senior level.

You will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, COO, National Directors of Education and wider National Leadership Group including our Academy Principals providing expert guidance on all people related matters including complex multi-functional decision making.
