Senior Quantity Surveyor - a leading Tier 1 contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team delivering projects across the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on prestigious design and build projects across the West Midlands.

They are also partners on several frameworks including SCAPE, MOJ, P22 / P23+. Department for Education and as such have an extremely strong pipeline of work and a full order book for 2023 / 2024.

The initial project is a commercial development in central Birmingham, (£20m). You will be the commercial lead on the project reporting directly into the Commercial Manager - which is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and progress within the business.

Salary & Package:
- Great basic salary of £65,000 - £75,000
- Company car or allowance (£6,500)
