Employed Mortgage & Protection Advisor / £25,000 + Excellent Commission (50% over £60,000 billings) / Family Run Business / Hybrid Working
 
A small family run business is looking for a commercially minded Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their growing team. The company provides both financial and mortgage advice to their clients. This is the perfect opportunity for somebody who wants more control in the building of their client base but the certainty of a basic salary within a supportive environment. You will be given leads from the company’s existing clients but you will also be tasked with bringing in additional leads from a marketing budget to be spent at your discretion.  
 
What you’ll be doing:

• Advising mortgage customers across the whole of market with a panel that has both high street and specialist lenders.
• Advising on appropriate protection polices for customers.
• Building on your client base through commercial marketing strategies.
• Utilising your admin support to ensure you can deliver the best service possible.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• At least 2 years advising experience with CAS status.
• A commercial attitude with an eagerness to bring in extra clients.
• Experience in advising on whole of market mortgages.
• A hunger to earn good commission by working for the best outcome of your clients.

What you’ll get in return:

• Excellent commission, 50% over £60,000 plus an additional rate for performance over £120,000.
• Leads provided with additional budget for marketing.
• Admin and compliance support.
