A Top 10 Quantity Surveying Consultancy is looking to add a bright, ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their thriving Birmingham office.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
The new Quantity Surveyor will work within a specialist Real Estate team, working with a variety of clients on iconic projects across the West Midlands including Retail, Sports & Leisure, Residential, and Commercial.
With a well-established senior management team who can offer unrivalled APC support, this could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking for more support and fast track training & progression.
Responsibilities include assisting on feasibility studies, writing procurement reports, tendering & procuring, value engineering, pre & post contract duties, and agreeing final accounts.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Degree Qualified
- MRICS or eager to complete APC
- 12+ months experience working with a consultancy
- Good pre and post contract experience
