Working for a top-tier commercial property consultancy you will be working as a Facilities Manager across multiple sites and for multiple clients.
You will work with a variety of multi-let properties including office, industrial and retail.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Health and Safety
- Paying invoices
- Service charge budgets
- Liaising directly with landlords and tenants.
- M&E scheduling and management
- KPI reporting
- H&S system management
- Contractor coordination
- Building management checks.
- ESG / Environmental, Social, and Governance
Person:
- Degree educated
- Facilities Management (hard FM) experience.
- Multi-site FM experience from office, industrial or retail sectors
- Experience with service charge budgets
- Good with pressure.
- Able to prioritise workload effectively.
- Well presented and articulate.
- Ideally MWIFM but not essential.
