Client Services - Claims Handler

Reed are currently working with a local law firm recruiting for enthusiastic, empathetic people to join our client, as Claims Handler. You’ll be part of a small-medium vibrant, energetic community, speaking to Customers, getting to the bottom of what they need, and finding the right solution for them.

You will be joining the team on a permanent / Full time basis, based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. The role is currently on a Hybrid working module, that being 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. However, this may change over time.

What you will be doing:


  • Answering inbound calls and emails from customers
  • Problem solving & multi-tasking
  • Finding the most appropriate solution for the customers query 
  • Providing excellent customer service 
  • Attend ongoing training about products and services

What we are looking for:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident and warm telephone manner
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office (i.e. Outlook, Excel and Word).
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to show genuine empathy
  • Accurate data handling

Job Offer

  • 37.5 hours/week Monday – Friday - Shifts would be 11am - 7pm OR 12pm - 8pm
  • Salary: £22,500 per annum
