Client Services - Claims Handler
Reed are currently working with a local law firm recruiting for enthusiastic, empathetic people to join our client, as Claims Handler. You’ll be part of a small-medium vibrant, energetic community, speaking to Customers, getting to the bottom of what they need, and finding the right solution for them.
You will be joining the team on a permanent / Full time basis, based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. The role is currently on a Hybrid working module, that being 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. However, this may change over time.
What you will be doing:
- Answering inbound calls and emails from customers
- Problem solving & multi-tasking
- Finding the most appropriate solution for the customers query
- Providing excellent customer service
- Attend ongoing training about products and services
What we are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident and warm telephone manner
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office (i.e. Outlook, Excel and Word).
- Positive attitude
- Ability to show genuine empathy
- Accurate data handling
- 37.5 hours/week Monday – Friday - Shifts would be 11am - 7pm OR 12pm - 8pm
- Salary: £22,500 per annum
